Well I saw Tron Legacy.
and despite what many reviews are saying, I thought it was a fantastic movie. The script very well could have been better but I still think it functions well.
I will say that I felt that it was very much a sequel. Knowing more of the old Tron and the universe it establishes definitely helped the experience.
All this aside, seeing the movie in 3D will undoubtedly entertain you. Just go in...
